I hereby consent to the media and creative work produced by me in a professional capacity and submitted to Torrens University Australia as part of the INTRO Billy Blue Exhibition (“Works”) to be used and reproduced in any form for the purposes of education, advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing or other business purposes in various private and public forums in domestic and foreign markets including broadcast and electronic use for Torrens University Australia or persons authorised by Torrens University Australia. I understand that this material will be kept for an indefinite amount of time and will be stored and disposed of securely. Torrens University Australia may use such Works in any way they deem fit for purpose and I hereby unconditionally waive and agree not to assert my moral rights in the Works for such purpose.
